Valdas is a young musician from southern NSW. After acquiring his musical foundations studying classical guitar and as a chorister with Luminescence and Gondwana children’s choirs, he changed focus to pursue his love of percussion. Valdas now performs as a percussionist with the Canberra Youth Orchestra, enjoying the diversity of instruments that classical percussion encompasses. In his spare time, he composes and records his own music and performs in a Lithuanian folk band.
